Countdown to October 18th: Tullycraft album release show with Math and Physics Club and Patience Please!

Tullycraft Album Release!Is it weird that I'm still a little bit giddy from last night? The Lucksmiths show was SUCH FUN -- thanks to everyone that came out on a Monday night to kick it indie-poppy.

Ready for more of the good stuff? We've got another show to put in pen on your calendar:

Thursday, October 18 at the Crocodile

Three Imaginary Girls joyously presents:

Tullycraft {album release}
Math and Physics Club
Patience Please {album release}

It's been way too long (like two whole years?) since Tullycraft has released anything new and this time they're making up for it by releasing a 14-track album chock full of indie-pop goodness, catchy guitar-rifts, and swoon-worthy ooohs and ahhhs that will make us all light-headed.

Add to that the fact that it's Patience Please's album release show (the album hit the shelves last week but we talked them into celebrating it with us because is it THAT fun) and blissful Math and Physics Club and you've got yourself a night to put on your dancing shoes for.

And could the poster be any cuter for this show? Huge thanks to Corianton Hale at Sleep-Op for designing it and Rick at Seattle Show Posters for screenprinting it. YES, there's going to be limited edition screen prints of this for sale at the show. Email me (liz @ three imaginary girls dot com) if you'd like to pre-order one.

Oh, and if anyone wants to hear a new song from the Tullycraft album, the band has posted a song on their site!

Did I mention I love the new song and listened to it like 10 times last night in my car? And I love the poster for the show. Fantastic!

unlike the arcade fire vs. lucksmiths problem from monday, i'm really excited that there's nothing else competing for my attention that night. my curiosity on the mental state of shane mcgowan isn't high enough to match the ticket prices, and the less said about the banality that is interpol, the better.

viva tullycraft!

gorgeous poster, again, rick! i'm looking forward to adding it to my collection.

I am really excited for this show! Kudos for getting this elusive band to play a show. Seems I have to wait years between their sets. Why is that? Now if they would just play in the cities where my friends live so that I don't have to stare at their blank faces whilst I rant about how much I love seeing their shows.

are there any pre-show ticket buying opportunities? and ideally internet-style, cause i don't hang my hat in the fair burg of seattle.
