With all this talk of Lily Allen, it's fun to see some news about someone who is, you know, good. Ms. Polly Jean Harvey will return in band form for the next PJ Harvey disc called White Chalk, according to a report on NME. It will come out in September (well, at least in the UK) and she's bringing her pals Flood and John Parrish along to produce.
