New-ish Metric album to be released
Submitted by imaginary char on April 2, 2007.Metric announced last week that they’re releasing their album Grow Up and Blow Away, which was recorded in 2002 but never previously released. More details here.

Bitchin! I loved this album so much. Maybe as much as Old World Underground. Maybe even more. I think I downloaded it legally, when they had it available on their website. That's my story and I'm stickin to it, anyway.
I especially love "Rock Me Now" and "Soft Rock Star" and "Torture Me" and "Parkdale" and "On the Sly" and ... oh shit, yeah, I love this record.
GO GIT IT.

I may or may not have a quasi-legal copy of that album that I may or may not have been listening to this morning before you posted this.
That's great news because there (may or may not) be some really, really good songs on it!
