Hailing from the City of Subdubed Excitement (Bellingham, WA), Brooklyn Benjestorf got her start as a journalist writing for NYC based web magazine, feminist.com, while in her last year at Western Washington University. Since moving to Seattle in 2006, Brooklyn has ignited a passion for fusing her love of writing with her obsession with music. She has contributed to Stereo Subversion, Filter, Sound and Three Imaginary Girls.
