My understanding was that the lineup for the Capitol Hill Block Party was to be unveiled today but there's nothing online as of yet (at least that I can find).

Has anyone heard about who is playing yet? If so, this would be as good of a good place as any to spill whatever rumors you've heard.

I'm always eager for the chance to use the "irresponsible speculation" tag I created almost a year ago, and this morning brought me one of those such opportunities.

Later this week the full lineup for the Bonnaroo Festival, taking place in Manchester, TN is being revealed, but they're giving out a few hints that you can guess who's playing in the form of riddles. Stereogum's got the riddles, and I'll repost them here.

Lineout is guessing that the Black Angels are the "secret special guest headliner" at Neumo's with Vietnam and Whalebones on Monday. Anyone else have any idea? Good guesses? Insider info? Irresponsible rumor-mongering?
