It's not often that we find ourselves on the other side of the interview table, but we were recently honored beyond belief to have a few questions tossed our way by Sara Brickner of the Seattle Weekly. We talked about about our imaginary M.O. {um, what?} and they even printed some kind words from our local favorite folks D. Crane of BOAT and Abbey Simmons of Sound on the Sound. Added bonus, there's even a cute imaginary-inspired graphic whipped up by Dalton Webb to boot!
The article appears in this week's issue or you can read it on the Weekly website.

There are so many reasons to join us at the Crocodile to mark its grand re-opening in imaginary style, but one of the reasons I'm most excited is the chance to see my newest favorite band, iji (pronounced eehee), take the swank new Crocodile stage.
Latest comment by: keenan dowers: "Aw, Liz, you're makin' me blush! For those curious, here's a free digital b-sides compilation: http://cllct.com/release/bee-sidesandcompilationstracks2006-2009 See y'all at the croc!"
Are you just as excited for the re-opening of our beloved croc as we are? Well then check out our Top of the Croc imaginary fun night on April 4th.
We have a bill for our big imaginary "Top of the Croc!" bash! This news is so new, we haven't even written up Ye Olde Press Release yet... but we couldn't wait another millisecond to share this great lineup.

Our lovely and talented photographer Laura Musselman has posted her photos of YOU and Santa John Roderick for your downloading. We expect to see them in some of your 2009 holiday cards!

Times are so exciting! We have the Matt and Kim show this Saturday, and then Sunday, Three Imaginary Girls is proud to sponsor a fine show of local bands and a fine indie-pop band coming all the way from Los Angeles at the Comet Tavern!
Latest comment by: Jon Harthun: "The title made me think this was one insane line-up at the Comet (B&S, Kinks). Why this would be a legitimate scenario, I'm not sure. One thing I do know is I need to start sleeping more. "
Keith John Adams wrote a song about Three Imaginary Girls... have a listen! Personally, we think it rules.
Latest comment by: Raynald: "Hey, the song kja did for me is in there! They're all great, good job indeed from keith."
Just when we thought the Imaginary Showcase marking the holidays / my birthday couldn't get any more spectacular, we have just learned that John Roderick (The Long Winters, dapper man about town) is going to be our Indie Rock Santa at the show!
Latest comment by: Imaginary Kiku: "That sounds so fun! But why is it an "orphan xmas bash"?"
Let's talk about how giddy and proud we are to be presenting the TWO BOAT album release shows in early July. The shows will also be celebrating TIG's 5th birthday! Get on your best party dress (even you Jason!), here's the scoop on all the goodness we're cramming into two nights.
Latest comment by: Imaginary-Kiku: "I'm so excited for the all ages show! I can't wait to see the shows, and network and things :]"
