The Go! Team go Sub Pop (!)
Submitted by imaginary dana on June 18, 2007.My Aversion mailbox was full of juicy news this morning: first the tidbit about Steve Perry and Guff, and also this: British frenetic dance sensations the Go! Team will release their second full-length on local label Sub Pop (Sub! Pop?).
The record will be called Proof of Youth and its North American release is set for September 11th, same day as my beloved Figurines drop their US forthcoming release, When the Dear Wore Blue. A good day for international new releases, to be sure!

thank god they got a better band to represent their international flava than CSS. i can't stand that band and can't believe that subpop signed them (unless it was for purely monetary reasons cause they seem to sell out places).
the goteam is great -!!!!!!!- and it is great to know that they have another album coming out.
