Then later that night, there's this:
July, 8 2007 at Pants x3 and Uni tour:Jules Mae Saloon
t.b.a., Seattle,
Cost :Pants Pants Pants and Uni & Her Ukelele are joining forces for a Scrumdiddlyumptious SuperFuntastiTourTM of the west coast in support of their new albums "Ok Fine" and I'm On My Way." Pants Pants Pants was sent from pre-historic days to change pouty emo frowns to smiles with their playful electrocknic pop. Scientists have used adjectives such as "eclectic," "absurd," and "dinosaurs" in an attempt to describe their music and live show, but the band can most accurately be summed up as "Grade A-dorable." Uni & Her Ukelele ventures from her shimmering forest to sprinkle glitz and glamour over the rainbow. She brings to the table enchanting song stylings and her rock face. San Francisco's only kickass bands are coming to U! SAY YES TO AWESOME! Love, Pants Pants Pants www.pantspantspants.biz www.myspace.com/pantspantspants pants3x@gmail.com AND Uni and Her Ukelele www.myspace.com/uniandherukelele uniandherukelele@yahoo.com
How excited am I??! Not likely I can make the night show and still catch my redeye on time, but Uni was thoughtful enough to give me a day show. Who's with me for brunch, shoes, and rollerskates?!

My friend Josh told me about Uni a couple of months ago. She's wacky!

I've always been baffled by Betsy's love on Uni. That stuff just scares me.

Um Erik, she ventures from her shimmering forest to sprinkle glitz and glamour over the rainbow. So do I. Duh.

Another Josh favorite that you might like Betsy is Kitten on the Keys.

The band she's touring with re-shot the intro to Full House for a music video!

Hear the one about Betsy being a dumbass?
I booked my Seattle flight about an hour ago. Arrive July 4, check. Depart July 8, check. Redeye back to Boston in time for work Monday morning, ch...
Wait.
Depart July 8, 12:30 AM? Arrive Boston also July 8, 9 AM? NOOOOOOOOO!
Lucky for me I discovered my little flub soon enough to cancel without penalty other than the Orbitz fee of $6.95. But in the moments when I was feverishly clicking through windows trying to find out if canceling or changing was possible and assuming it was not, I was thinking to myself, ok, so I don't get to stay for TIG party night two, that's bad enough; but missing Uni too? How unbelievably sad!
Phew, thank goodness that won't happen.
I'm usually a smart cookie but lately I've been pulling some major idiocy. By golly, where's my brain?
{anyone with cheap airfare tips, holla at a sista}
