Tonight in Seattle:

Explore the Aquarium tonight and save the Killer Whales

Image from killerwhaletales.orgTonight is the 4th Annual Killer Whale Tales Auction at the Seattle Aquarium. I went last year and it was a hoot to explore the aquarium at night and have the air of superiority that comes with supporting a good cause.

Join the fun and enjoy:

  • the opportunity to explore the Seattle Aquarium after hours
  • tasty food, beer and wine
  • live and silent auctions for some fantastic items
  • a warm feeling for supporting an environmental education program dedicated to saving Puget Sound's killer whales

Schedule for the evening:
6:00 pm:    Registration, Appetizers, Bar, Cruise the Aquarium
7:45 pm:    Silent Auctions Close
8:00 pm:      Killer Whale Presentation
8:30 pm:     Live Auction
Until 11pm: Continue to enjoy your private visit to the Aquarium, tasty food by Balabuste' catering, and regional wine and micro-brews

Tickets are $20 (children under 13 are free!). More information on Killer Whale Tales and directions / parking information.  See you there!

Wow, I want to bid on a killer whale at the auction. I'd name him "Bitey".
