Jack White to play Elvis (!?!?)

Jack White is slated to play Elvis Presley in a film called Walk Hard, a parody of the 2005 Johnny Cash biography Walk the Line.

I'm not sure what to think about that... beyond that igLiz (White Stripes superfan) is going to freak out when she hears the news!

Oh my. Wonder if he'll insist on the black/white/red wardrobe scheme?

Personally, I'd rather see Jack Black do an Elvis sendup.
