Aaron Sorkin (West Wing mastermind, I'll forgive him for Studio 60) has signed on to script the Flaming Lips' Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots album into a Broadway musical!
How much longer until he tackles The Decemberists' The Crane Wife?

I can just because he gave us seven flawless years of The West Wing (save for one or two annoying Zoe-centric episodes). If there had only been five years of WW, I might hold a grudge... but President Bartlet RULED!

Aaron Sorkin Battles the Pink Robots? Does this mean he has the greenlight to go back on the shrooms? (He has a bit of a history you know). I still miss that silly Studio 60.

Will you forgive him for Studio 60? After that insipid, 2-episode (!) Amanda-Peet-and-Bradley-Whitford-on-the-roof story arc, I dunno if I can be as generous...
