I'm all for holding back from spouting negative words during a break-up (especially when kids are involved)...but does anyone else think it a bit cheeky for Eminem to sue his ex-wife for saying mean things about him in public?

Dear Em: Remember that song in which you killed ex-wife Kim? Or the time you violently threw a rubber doll named 'Kim' into the audience of one of your shows? At this point, I think the least you can do is let her make mention of your bedroom performance techniques. Isn't that the way it works in Celeb-reality?

In other sad break-up news: The band who's album is titled The Good, The Bad and The Queen has announced their final shows. Goodbye English Rose... your time with us was so short, yet so sweet. Can they please reform in a year and give us a better name to work with?
