The Sun-Ups' upcoming release "The View From Above" is a journey that thematically explores love, heartbreak and hope. Guitarist/singer Lucinda Kruy and vocalist Brandy Foltz's twining voices tap soulful veins of harmony, bassist Arthur Hagman and drummer Kevin Bray channel an explosive synthesis, all carrying well-wrought songs to a controlled chaos before ebbing back into a quieter but still intense distillation of mood and craft.
