I'll try to answer your question just before I look for some clues that might point us in the right direction for who this might be.
This isn't too uncommon, Cory, but I bet it's a band that can't contractually announce they are playing, ie, they have a show booked already (likely as part of a festival but not definitely). With CHBP and SP20, I bet all the bands signed on had to sign contracts saying that they won't play another Seattle show 30 to 45 days before or after the show.
I bet that once it gets closer, it won't be a secret, even if it isn't advertised.
