Okay, let's start with the basics. (1) We need to know how to contact the Crocodile owners to find out status (sale pending? sold? still for sale?). (2) We need some professional advise on community ownership and nonprofit corporations (legal and accounting), including how to seek and secure funding. Anyone with tips on this, please post it on this site for now. Once we have an answer to (1) above, we will create a blog site to exchange ideas and coordinate activities. As I said, I envision this being a bit like The Vera Project but skewed to an older crowd. Anyone involved with Vera who can provide information and assistance will be greatly welcomed and appreciated.
