Does anyone know the latest on the sale of The Croc (aside from the Depp rumor)? I would like to gauge interest in putting together a nonprofit to takeover The Croc and run it as a community owned venue (sort of like The Vera Club for a mostly over-21 crowd). We will need pro bono, upfront legal assistance to set up the foundation and some guidance on funding, but I think this would be an exciting and viable way to Save the Croc. Thoughts?
