I think there's a time, a place, and a niche for El Corazon, and my personal opinion is the Zombies don't fit that. My aim wasn't to talk shit. In all fairness, compared to other Seattle venues, it is a dive. But a dive with a lot of history and it deserves no less recognition than The Triple Door's glitz and glamor.
While we're on the topic of venues, has anyone been to the Showbox SoDo? I've heard mixed things. I was going to go to the Myspace Justice/Diplo tour show there, but I realized I had no money and that'd I'd probably be arrested for dancing with anyone there.
