Would Northwest style exist if not for my beloved Value Village?

Or should I say, does Northwest style exist in spite of Value Village? I guess it depends on where you stand. Or dance!

I have noticed this trend on bands and everybody: pants rolled up 8 inches- it's not a fad though, it's the freaking rain!
