Usually we just require a subject line and their real name and then we'll email the winner to find out their mailing address (if necessary - usually folks win a spot on a guestlist which doesn't require a mailing address). In this case all entries go to MuseBox (they are hosting the contest), so they'll contact the winner specifically to get the mailing address / name. That way folks don't have to give out their deets unless they win.
