I thought it was AMAZING - and I'm so glad I went. I will miss the Croc more than I can ever express, and it was great to see so many people who felt the same way.

Despite the amount of noise (I admit, the noise level during Damien Jurado was the most distressing, as I could barely hear him sing - being smashed in the back of the room), I enjoyed seeing all the bands play and tell little stories about the Croc, and thanking Jim for being the best sound guy in Seattle.

Highlights for me: The Pleasureboaters (the lead's voice does not seem like it should be coming out of that body, and I was NOT expecting to be ROCKED like I was!), The Long Winters, and my favorite - Dave and Matt from Aqueduct, especially Dave's heartfelt goodbye the Croc, and their last song (a cover, but I'm an idiot and can't remember who did the original...too much Stoli!).

All in all, I'd say it was a success. BIG Props to Pete, Chrispy, Jenny George, and all the others who put it together and worked it!
