yeah, it's safe to say that fleet foxes is gonna be THE seattle band in 2008. i'm practically salivating with anticipation for their album. pwrfl power's debut is another release i have high hopes for. i'm also looking forward to grand archives' record and helvetia's new album. and i'm hoping dyme def puts out a new one, too.

on the non-local front: "heretic pride" is what i'm anticipating more than any other album coming in 2008. other than that: the thermals, wolf parade, death cab, the decemberists. and i think lightspeed champion's debut album is going to be pretty great, too.
