Funnily enough, I had a similar thing happen yesterday. I was kind of bummed about being back at work after such a nice long weekend. Then I got to my desk, and turned on KEXP. John in the Morning was playing Waterloo Sunset by the Kinks! To make it even better The first song that he played after back announcing the previous set was "Little Round Mirrors" by Harvey Danger. It's amazing how exciting a song that you've heard too many times to count can sound just because someone else is playing it on the radio.
