Which begs the question what are Band of Horses today?

The new record is ok, but it's not anything groundbreaking. The whole Wal Mart thing is going to hang over them forever. If they just would have sold the song to Wal Mart and been done with it, it wouldn't have been an issue. The way it was handled with the "we can do what we want and we don't care what the fans think" attitude is what ruined them for me. I know you're from South Carolina now and all, but you have to understand that Wal Mart is just not OK. They have an Eagles exclusive for God's sake!
