Ooh Erik, I was thrilled to read this review, especially on a blustery, gray Seattle morning, as I predict White Chalk will be oft played at my place all winter long -- it's such a bleak, beautiful record. I thought this review was great, esp the comparison to The Boatman's Call (which, after all, was written by Cave about his love for PJ, no?)
