This is a great idea! Zane Lowe can make up a list of 12 bands every month that no one has heard of (seriously, has anyone heard of ANY of these bands?) and if one of them turns out to be the Arctic Monkeys or Franz Ferdinand, Lowe will look like a genius - even if he has a batting average Richie Sexson would laugh at.
