I took Kevin's comments about the Crocodile to mean that he thought that they only sold enough seats to fill the Croc. Thus the "everyone has to pretend to be three people" stuff throughout.
It seemed full enough to me, although I was glad to be close to the stage and not in the balcony. Maybe it was just his cold talking. Great show either way.
