Ben Harwood from Vindaloo, Jamie Henkensiefken from H Is For Hellgate, Lee Rude from Chelsea Speed Party, a thrillingly talented young woman named Amzeah, and Red Lehman - the man who also booked the evening's lineup for us - contributed to an evening that veered away from folksy navel-gazing to include blues, country, punk, Jamie's hilarious ode to Tina Fey and some impressive Hendrix-style shredding by Mr. Harwood.
I drank a lot of beer and Lee Rude let us all touch his vinyl pants.
