These guys are wayyyy funny and nice. I was biting into my first piece of cheese pizza across Chop Suey at Piecora's when they walked in and all gasped and waved at me. Then their, tour manager, bassist, and I had a brief little conversation outside the venue about pizza and the irony that a "New York" pizza joint would be situated in Seattle, of all places. He went on to explain that the factor that differentiated New York pizza from any other pizza is the water used.
