i have to pipe in and mention this: grand archives were ON POINT this weekend. i've seen them many many times, and despite loving the members from their past/present/other endeavors, it never totally clicked for me with that "i love this band" feeling... finally! i got it! they reworked some songs this time, added a ton of energy and a few more crescendos... and boom! i'm in love. i guess i AM a sucker for crescendos, though....
