Yea, he's right... the beginning of this song is a cacophony of junk... but the a capella thing is quite endearing. There's at least one track like this on every Bright Eyes release... the one that reminds you that he's a tortured artist who tests his following now and again. On some level I believe that there's some deeper meaning in the waves of background noise... I'm just not smart enough to know what it is.
