I think there's sort of been a detente between the Stranger and the Weekly because Mark Fefer was hired as editor and he used to work for Dan Savage. At least that's how it seems - Slog seems less petty as of late. No more posting the page counts of the two or accusing the the Weekly of racism because they put the Divorce on the cover one week instead of Blue Scholars, etc...

I did enjoy Annie Wagner's running critique of the Weekly's theater column, though.
