Even with my dramatically mixed feelings on Bumbershoot, I'd be ok with buying a discounted one-day pass if they didn't require me to pick a specific day this early on. There will surely be schedule updates between the July 12 (promo expiration) and September 1 (first day).
Per the site: "All events are subject to change or cancellation at any time with no notice. There are NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES, even in the event of an artist cancellation."
They also want $5.50 in service/handling fees if you order online.
