First, I can't imagine why folks would think that Kirstin D's opinion on the state of good music in America is a learned statement.
Second, the way it is worded above -- is she saying that Bob Dylan isn't American? Or that he didn't just put out a record last year? Just wait until she finds out that Death Cab for Cutie, Bright Eyes and the Gossip are also from the states. I could go on and on and on...
Perhaps she just trying to talk her way into being the next Gwyneth Paltrow (since she's courting the lead singer of NME-fav Razorlight)?
