I would love to sound off about Modeest Mouse and the show last night 04/15. This was my 4th time seeing these guys and the first time I saw them in their home state. I was surprised they didn't say one thing about being here. In fact, there was very little audience interaction what so ever. The most disappointing thing by far was their rendition of their own past hit "Tiny cities made of Ashes". Usually a crown pleaser and was being requested via screaming during interludes throughout the evening. When they finally played it, I was shocked. Not only did they appear to forget the lyrics to their own song, the 6 words he did sing sounded mis-dubbed and off key. It was terrible and left me with a bad taste in my mouth although the rest of the show was decent. If they have no home pride, WA should quit supporting them. They can go back to their new lives in Los Angeles and pretend as they are that they've neever been here before. (IMHO, of course)
