Maybe instead of me being a smart ass and you berating yourself, we should look at this differently. I've never heard the song, but in the spirit of Negativland, it's probably safe to say that we can extrapolate the idea that "people need to maybe try and think about the little things in every day life more." For example: I have no real idea, other than "through pipes" how water gets to my faucet. I probably don't want to know the gory details, either.
