NSG - You're correct that we both get riled up by people promoting their friends' bands or whatnot. It's a practice that I can't and won't defend and it's certainly something I've complained about numerous times privately.

I do know that The End made the previous host of "The Young and the Restless", Chris Travis, sign a conflict of interest agreement because he has his own small label and could terminate him for using his show's influence inapproriately. I suspect that Seling will be under a similar arrangement.

We'll see what happens once she takes over the show.
