This year's Coachella Music Festival in Indio, CA just got a whole lot easier to navigate.
Previous years' Coachella challenges: losing the personalized schedule you created beforehand, losing your friends, losing your map and consequently missing the band you really, really, REALLY wanted to see.
This year, Coachella has your back. Released today, the official Coachella iPhone app could very well make the Coachella Festival sofa king perfect.
The Official Coachella iphone app holds the personalized schedule you created on the Coachella site (aka "Coachooser"), a full detailed schedule with stage and set times, and a map of the grounds.
And most awesome: add your friends and the map becomes interactive, showing you where your iPhone friends are on the grounds. Yeah, like Harry Potter's Marauder's Map. How cool is that?!
I love the iPhone. No, I mean: I really, really, REALLY LOOOOVE the iPhone.

Between this kinda stuff and the fact that even my replacement lo-fi cell phone has been mocking me with it's low battery life and clunky web browser, I *nearly* sold on switching up to the iphone.
Thanks Jeanine!

Liz-
I just switched and my iPhone is sooooooooo freakin' cool. You have to junk that old mobile now. Like today.
Walk over to the window, open it, lean back, and throw......wait......listen for smash below in alley. Do it! Now run to the Apple store or ATTWS phone shop.
You will never look back, I promise.

Liz-
Then run downstairs, pick the phone off the ground and take out the sim card. You're going to want that for your Iphone. It has all your contacts in it.
Now that you have your sim card, pick up your phone and throw it again.
NOW proceed to the apple store and get yourself that Iphone.

can't wait to see that marauder's map in action (though I guess I'll need to know lots of people at coachella with iphones quicklike).
