I'm kind of surprised this show hasn't sold out already (especially since I did a bunch of scrambling to find a pre-sale password) but starting tomorrow morning and continuing until they're all gone, you can get two My Bloody Valentine tickets for the price of one. I guess Record Store Day is continuing into the week because this discount is sponsored by Easy Street Records.
This offer is from 10am Tuesday morning through 10pm Wednesday night, through Ticketmaster's website. The password is "EASYSTREET".
The show is next Monday (April 27) at WaMu Theater (all ages 8pm).

Are people not going because it's at the WaMu Theatre?
Regardless, thanks for the awesomeness 2 fer 1 Easy Street!
I love Record Store Day.

My wife doesn't want to go with me, and none of my friends even know what shoegaze is... le sigh.

Yeah, this seems completely crazy to me as well!! These are living legends, people?? Doesn't happen every day.
That said, I find the idea of WaMu Theatre daunting. Is it now JP Chase Theatre (or even worse, Theater)???

I too scrambled for the password, expecting this to sell out. I saw The Raconteurs at WAMU Theatre, and seem to be in the minority... I'm excited to see MBV there. I have literally worn out my Loveless CD and can't wait for this show!

Why do these specials keep coming up as to screw over fans who did scramble for pre-sale codes? It's quite annoying.

Don't feel bad about paying full price. If you paid $38 for a ticket two weeks ago, than the event was worth $38 to you. Is it no longer worth $38 to you? Because someone bought a cheaper ticket today, does that make the concert worth less than $38 to you now?
