In a nice twist on giveaways, Wilco is offering up a free MP3. All you have to do to get it is pledge that you'll vote in the upcoming election (and really, who can't make that pledge, given the current state of things?).

The tune? A nice little Dylan ditty: "I Shall be Released." Joining Wilco is Seattle's own Fleet Foxes –- the recording comes from their joint Bend, Oregon appearance earlier this summer.
