I can't decide where to go tonight to watch the returns. I just know I want to be around other like-minded people so we can collectively cry over the results. Cause I am pretty sure I'm crying either way: tears of joy or bitter, bitter tears as wrists are slit.
Lists and recommendations of public viewing locations in Seattle are here, here, and here.
Where are you going?

I'm actually staying at home, making nachos and baking cookies and drinking my ass off in hopes that Obama creams Johnny boy.

I don't have time but I wanted to make a separate post about how much fun the election night party at Nectar with Jeans Team sounds. It's like they knew months in advance this was going to be a landslide and booked a dance party to celebrate!

I am going to be drinking/obsessing/weeping (hopefully with joy) at an undisclosed location.

I've decided there's no way I can handle tons of people tonight, so I'm sitting down with a few close friends, a lot of alcohol (drink every time a state turns red!) and cable news channels, hoping that we'll be cracking celebratory champagne by late evening.

Yea - I would like to go by all those events (esp the Dem party at the W!) -- but for my own sanity, I have to order pizza, hole up in with a tv, and flip between all the news channels and refresh site on the internet. And try not to send a drunken email to my family with an "IN YOUR FACE!" message.

Nope! If too many states turn red, I'm going to need to be plastered!

With my parents! Had a pre-election party with friends, but I am NOT missing my mom's face when Obama wins. She's been wanting this for so long.
