my mom once said, "i hate vegetarians!" but once i reminded her one of her favorite best friends of mine was a vegetarian, she sort of rephrased it to fit more in the context of cooking for them. don't take it personal, i'm sure rachel ray really loves you deep down.

There was plenty enough food there for seconds. Or thirds. Or fourths. It wasn't the food that made us eventually leave, but her husband's 'meh' band. Although I did get one their t shirts. To wear in, you know, an ironic fashion.
Ps That type of macaroni isn't hard to find; its called cavatappi. One of my favorite shapes.
