Huzzah! According to this Seattle Times article, a deal is in place for the purchase of the Croc. It's hard to say what a software development company wants with the club, but I'll be supportive if it means the return of one of my favorite music venues. The application for the liquor license seems to mean they're serious, and hopefully it also means a press release is forthcoming.
