Your artwork could be featured in the February 7th Artwalk!
The folks at Blank Space Seattle are encouraging folks to get out their crayons and get drawing. They need 1,100 crayon drawings by January 27th for their upcoming Artwalk installation. All money raised on February 7th - will benefit 826 Seattle.
Here's the full details and contact info:
We are accepting masterpieces from all over the world! We are going to combine all of these masterpieces to create an unstoppable crayon juggernaut. The drawings will cover all walls and possibly the ceiling and floor of Blank Space. We estimate that we will require 1,100 drawings to cover the space, so START CRAYONING!
There are no size or content restrictions. The only requirement is that you create your art using mostly crayons. You must agree to donate your artwork to us for the show. We are going to sell the drawings at a minimal price with proceeds donated to 826 Seattle. 826 Seattle is a nonprofit writing and tutoring center dedicated to helping youth, ages six to 18, improve their creative and expository writing skills, and to helping teachers inspire their students to create.
