My question is ... will I ever see the Postal Service again?
2 imaginary liz said on January 30, 2008
That didn't make it onto the meeting agenda (no one submitted it to the cue).
I keep hearing rumors that it's set to come out "next year" ("next year" being 2007, then 2008... now I think its 2009 or 2010).
Until next year happens... what sweet electro-bedroom-pop should we be grooving out to?

Oh wait... I think Chairs in the Arno have filled the Postal Service void.

Xiu Xiu!
Oh wait, that would be if you wanted to have nightmares in your bedroom.

I happy for DCC that they get to play Coachalla, but that line up is terrible. Unless that "Roger Waters is going to actually be Pink Floyd" rumor is true, this is the worst line up in Coachella history. There are some high points to be sure, but all in all a pretty poor showing by Golden Voice.

I don't know... I was pretty excited about the Coachella lineup. I mean Kraftwerk, Portishead, Love and Rockets, The Breeders, MIA, Animal Collective, Spiritualized, Aesop Rock, Spank Rock, Diplo, Les Savy Fav etc. Seems pretty solid to me.

This years Coachella doesn't stack up to previous years and for $100 a day you should get more. Last year they had LCD Soundsystem, Arcade Fire, Hot Chip, New Porno's, Kings of Leon, Justice and Ghostface and that was just on Saturday. I'm guessing the All Points West Festival lineup will be stacked at the expense of Coachella.
