"Too Drunk to Dream" has been slaying me for a couple of weeks! Holy crap I'm so excited to go buy this record on Tuesday!

Liz, I can't believe you! I just got to work a bit ago, sat down to a cup of coffee and came across the email from MF saying this was up. My VERY NEXT MOVE was to TIG. I was SO excited to post a blog!

I agree with Keenan--I've been hooked on "Too Drunk To Dream" for the last couple weeks. But I got to say..."Old Fools" is beautiful.

Anyone going to see them when they come through Seattle? Anyone going to see them in New York? I'm hitting up two New York shows...all I could get tix to.

We are totally counting down to the shows here. We got tickets to one of the shows and have already plotted what time we're getting in line to get a seat that's night behind a pole (or near any superfans who feel the need to sing aloud to every song).

I have tickets to both nights. I'm already planning on taking both days off from work to stand in line all day so I can be right up front, probably making them a little uncomfortable with what will be my inevitable bawling and grinning (possibly both at the same time). Let's have a geek out party in the line! I'll bring snacks.

Also, is anyone going to easy street for the midnight sale? Aren't they usually open past midnight on Mondays?

I am so obviously out of the loop and didn't know they were playing in town until someone told me last week! Of course it is sold out, but if anyone has a ticket to sell or hears of any, please let me know!! CD TOMORROW!!
