What was it that Alan Alda said in Crimes and Misdemeanors, "Comedy is tragedy plus timing?" Does that mean it is too soon to be making jokes about when Twitter's servers are overloaded?

I know this has been making the YouTube rounds for a few months now but I saw it for the first time yesterday and thought it was pretty funny. One more reason for Twitter to increase their bandwidth: people die when Twitter goes down.
