New releases from Easy Street Records
Submitted by Jflores on April 15, 2008.Seattle's own the Heavy Hearts have a new record out today called A Killer of Snakes. They're having a CD release on the High Dive on the 26th. I hear it's free and it's sure to be fun!
I've seen Beth Ditto naked (I know, who hasn't?). Maybe she gets naked in the DVD part of the Gossip's CD/DVD release Live In Liverpoole. Would that make it porn?
M83 has everybody talking. But I am (as usual) woefully behind on new music.
PS- Black Francis rules almost as hard as a Deal.

Speaking of New Releases and Easy Street
I got a new EP from local band , Venus Verse.
They played last week at the Comet with Gabriel Mintz,
I thought they were wonderful and their debut EP is great!
I heard about them when they them played their CD release at Easy Street in West Seattle and my friend who works across the street at Matador was walking by saw them play through the window and said I should check them out. Glad i did.
