Jens Lekman covers Paul Simon
Submitted by imaginary dana on October 19, 2007.Thanks to Stereogum for sharing this gem: it's actually a 20+ minute recording of a Jens-focused feature on New York Public Radio, including an acoustic performance of "Shirin" and yes, a cover of Paul Simon's "You Can Call Me Al." Who knew Shirin was his hairdresser? Lucky, lucky girl!
Jens is playing Seattle in a few short weeks (November 6th at Nectar), and we've got a glowing, gushing review of his latest record, Night Falls Over Kortedala, coming very soon to TIG.

I'm still blissful for finding Kate Nash covering the Arctic Monkeys (thanks Stereogum!) who previously covered Amy Winehouse, who, I think, was in A Few Good Men with Kevin Bacon.
