Next up in the BOAT covers installations: Fleet Foxes cover "Clogged Castle"
Submitted by imaginary dana on November 16, 2007.
International "Cover a BOAT song" month is drawing to a close, and the band just posted entry number nine: a moody, evocative cover of "Clogged Castle" by Robyn Pecknold of Seattle band Fleet Foxes.
Have a listen right here.
I dig this cover because I think Robyn really made it his own song... but I think I heart the image of Robyn (third from left) amid the BOAT fellas even more. BOAT + Fleet Foxes = two great Seattle tastes that taste great together!!

seriously! I love it. Couldn't we essentially download all these covers and start circulating a bootleg BOAT cover album/CD-R? I think it should happen.

Congratulations Robyn Pecknold! You stunk up my computer with your shitty song. Thanks!
