More discussion about the Crocodile closing: Listen to KUOW around 1pm TODAY
Submitted by imaginary liz on December 18, 2007.As Erik pointed out, this Crocodile Closing thing is BIG news!
I just got a call from KUOW (a Seattle public radio station) and they'll be discussing it on today's Conversation show. It starts at 1p and I think I'll be on around 1.20p to talk about it for a couple minutes. It's all live and stuff, so who knows what's going to be said.
What do you think this means for the Seattle music scene? What do you think were the causes?
If you're in Seattle, you can listen on the radio at 94.9 FM... everywhere else tune your internet to KUOW.org. They've got all kindsa fancy ways to listen.
Also, please keep posting your memories. It's really helping us all deal with the loss of this dear ole friend.

Whew -- that was a lively discussion with fellow callers and John Richards & Pete Greenberg. If you missed it you should go listen to what folks had to say -- the radio show is archived so you can even listen to it after the fact! Just go to this page and listen.
Or you can click on this link for an MP3 of it.

I think you should say it signifies the end of the world as we know it, but that you feel fine.
No, seriously, I think everything you say should include a lyric quote in it somewhere so that you dogwhistle all the truly cool people of Seattle.
